“…The model is also widely accepted, as from 1999 to 2002, the original model has already been refereed in at least 285 papers. According to contemporary articles, the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model seems to remain the most popular, comprehensive framework for IS success measurement (Kronbichler et al, 2010). “…Relatively little research has been conducted on the ES-SCM interdependence [2,12,91], although the performance of SCM is well researched [4,8,11,15,24,30,34,43,82,83] as is the performance of ES [1,2,5,22,25,46,57,59,64,71]. To better understand the process of information transfer between ES and SCM, we first describe the structure of an ES using Møller's conceptual framework [54], discuss a few different types of relationships observed between ES and SCM/SCMS and then investigate the need for ES to support SCM.…”

“…Evaluation of ERP success is a difficult approach; if the result of an ERP System evaluation is utilized as a source for measures for an improvement of the business performance then the results of improvements can be measured through a new assessment of the ERP system performance using a comparison of the outcome of each evaluation. So, the upcoming research will be encouraging to investigate and study the result of an ERP system in a poor dimension (in sequence quality flexibility of accessing system, reduces quality and maintenance costs, improve resource utilization) where improvements should be made [8] An ERP implementation success has the advantages of reducing the cost, reducing the time of the process and quality of the product [9]. It gives the benefits to its customers on purchase required goods or products at cheaper price and shares the information of production status in real time [10].…”
