Deproteinization: an integrated-solution approach to increase efficiency in β-galactosidase production using cheese whey powder (CWP) solution

Abstract: Whey is the liquid that results from the coagulation of milk during cheese manufacture. Cheese whey is also an important environmental pollution source.
