The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is one of the most important parts of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia's High Prosecutor's office. The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is the "spearhead" of the Prosecutor's Office, even the performance of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is often measured by the community through the success of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office in handling specific criminal cases. One of the duties of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is to process data on case files which are numerous and complex. Good data management is needed to ensure that these data can be used to generate information and make decisions. From the description of the background, the author limits the problem only to the design of a special crime case data system at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. The purpose of the discussion is to find out and design a data system design for special criminal cases at the web-based Aceh High Court. For the perfection of this research, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies as well as the waterfall method as a system development model. The system will really help users or managers of special criminal case data at the Aceh High Court more quickly, easily and accurately in every activity related to Special Crimes.

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in the business world in Indonesia from time to time which are getting tighter, so companies must create new marketing strategies to maintain and gain a higher market share. As for the problem of this research is whether the influence of availability, product quality, promotion, and price affect the consumer satisfaction of Asus Laptop users in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of each variable, namely availability (XI), product quality (X2), promotion (X3), and price (X4) on consumer satisfaction (Y). The sample in this study were Asus laptop users with 100 respondents as respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach with the convenience sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. From the results of the research, it is known that the price variable (X4) has the smallest coefficient value, while the promotion coefficient value (X3) has the highest coefficient value, followed by product quality (X2) and availability (X 1). From the results of the research, it is also obtained that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, where tcount > ttable dan Fcount > Ftable.

Did BUMDes’s Resources Contribute to Village Economic Development?

The presence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) with available resources such as capital, profits and employees are expected to be a driving force for village economic development to reduce rural poverty. Various programs have been implemented to increase BUMDes resources, but research on the contribution of BUMDes resources to village economic development is still limited. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of BUMDes resources to village economic development. This study used a causal quantitative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The population of this study consisted of BUMDes located in 116 villages in Bali Province. The research sample was selected using random sampling technique, with a total sample of 116 BUMDes that had reported data on the amount of capital, the number of business results, and the number of workers. The results showed that the percentage of capital and employees contributed to the economic development of the village, while the percentage of profits did not. The implication of this finding is that both central and local governments, including village governments, provide capital support for BUMDes business development. The government at the district level through the Village Community Empowerment Office is expected to provide ongoing assistance to improve the competence of human resources in BUMDes. Researchers are further advised to use more than one year of data and analyze other BUMDes resources such as technology, employee expertise, age of BUMDes and government assistance to BUMDes.
