Abstract

Paladino et al. evaluated the efficacy of a new mobile application developed for an out-of-hospital remote assessment of oxygen saturation. Although it should not be used without a clinical context, they showed this technology is an immediate and easy tool that may influence telemedicine evaluation of symptomatic respiratory patients.
