Abstract: Modified flavonoids of the sub-group of pterocarpans, 5-carba-pterocarpans, 5-carbapterocarpens, 1-carba-isoflavanones, coumestans, and aurones were synthesized and evaluated as antiproliferative, antileishmanial and antiviral.
