Abstract: This work evaluated the multi-element concentration in grape must and soil samples employing inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES), after microwave-assisted digestion. The study aimed to establish a profile of seven grape varieties produced in Petrolina, region Submedium São Francisco, Brazil.
