Effects of Pasteurization and Freeze Drying on Proximal Composition, Fatty Acids Composition and Lipid Quality in Colostrum Human Milk

Abstract: Colostrum human milk samples obtained from human milk banks received different treatments and were evaluated for their proximal composition, fatty acids composition and lipid quality. The total lipids content was maintained in the treatments.
