Molecular Description of Copper (I) Oxide and Copper (Ii) Oxide

Topological indices are important tools to modeling chemical properties of molecules. ve-degree based atom-bond connectivity, sum-connectivity, geometric-arithmetic, and harmonic indices are defined as their corresponding classical degree based counterparts recently in chemical graph theory. In this study we investigate ve-degree atom-bond connectivity, sum-connectivity, geometric-arithmetic, and harmonic topological properties of copper oxide. We calculate exact values of these novel topological indices for copper oxide and give closed formulas. Tickysim is a clock tick-based simulator for the inter-chip interconnection network of the SpiNNaker architecture. Network devices such as arbiters, routers, and packet generators store, read, and write forward data through fixed-length FIFO buffers. At each clock tick, every component executes a “read” phase followed by a “write” phase. The structures of any finite graph which represents numerical quantities are known as topological indices. In this paper, we compute degree-based topological indices of the Tickysim SpiNNaker Model ( T S M ) sheet.

Graph theory has much advancement in the field of mathematical chemistry. Recently, chemical graph theory has become very popular among researchers because of its wide applications in mathematical chemistry. The molecular topological descriptors are the numerical invariants of a molecular graph and are very useful for predicting their bioactivity. A great variety of such indices are studied and used in theoretical chemistry, pharmaceutical researchers, in drugs and in different other fields. Among topological descriptor, connectivity indices are very important and they have a prominent role in chemistry. In this article, we study the chemical graph of copper oxide and compute the eccentricity based Zagreb indices for Copper oxide. Furthermore, we give analytically closed formulas of these indices which are helpful in studying the underlying topologies.
