Surgical ‘Safari’ vs. Educational Program: Experience with International Cardiac Surgery Missions in Nigeria

Abstract: Introduction In any country, the development and growth of open-heart surgery parallel stable political climate, economic growth, good leadership, and prudent fiscal management.
