Contribuições de três organizações para a comercialização da agricultura familiar no PNAE, no território sul litorâneo do Espírito Santo

Abstract

Um canal que ganhou destaque para a comercialização da agricultura familiar é o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar. Para acessá-lo as famílias se juntam em diferentes tipos de organização. O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar as contribuições, vantagens e desvantagens de três organizações da agricultura familiar para a execução do PNAE, no território Sul Litorâneo do Espírito Santo (grupo informal, associação e cooperativa). A metodologia foi qualitativa com uso de análise documental, entrevistas e grupos focais com 39 pessoas.
