RESUMO Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a evolução do tema Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) em periódicos brasileiros no período de 1999 a 2018, considerando os principais conhecimentos acumulados. Os APLs constituem uma aglomeração de empresas, desenvolvendo atividades econômicas correlatas e que apresentam vínculos de produção, interação, cooperação e aprendizagem. Com isso, a relevância deste estudo é derivada do conhecimento construído sobre APLs e aponta lacunas que podem induzir novos avanços. A resultante é uma meta-síntese que partiu de uma amostra de 325 artigos empíricos e os submeteu às análises sociométricas, bibliométricas e de conteúdo. Encontrou-se um maior aporte em Institucionalismo, Evolucionismo Econômico e Economia Industrial; com poucos casos de triangulação teórica. Foi possível mapear as variáveis, atributos, fatores, construtos e resultados, bem como as suas interações, intervenientes na dinâmica do objeto. Mas persiste a falta de integração do conhecimento gerado pelas pesquisas, capaz de oferecer um modelo mais completo ao entendimento.

“…The dynamics of organizational configurations in the territory can indicate the existence of incipient and inconsistent interorganizational links towards more integrated relations (Barros and Moreira 2006;Ribeiro et al 2020). Some studies such as Galindo et al (2011), Cabrera et al (2017), Jacometti et al (2016), shows how the cooperation model is applied and beneficial. In our research we did not find studies that provide a strategic apply to production system companies of automotive parts sales, specifically studies on the state of Rio de Janeiro/Brazil, and the city of Nova Iguaçu, a peripheral municipality that develops great territorial centrality.…”

The present research aims to use SWOT analysis to identify strategic problems of small business companies (SBCs) from the automotive selling parts of a brazilian city and use the GUT matrix for identifying a Priority Level (PL) result of each problem listed. This case-study is expected to bring improvements to the automotive pole in territory, as a way to quantify and prioritize the actions focused on the weaknesses and threats identified though the SWOT analysis (an acronym for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and is a structured method that evaluates those four elements on a strategic way), the GUT matrix (technique for priorization and decision making) will be used according its aspects of severity, urgency and tendency. It finds that solving problems of “Low cooperation between the companies” and increase the level of interaction between the companies will increase generation of information. Solve “infrastructure deficiency and accessibility to the Pole” problems will increase the Association’s recognition and representativeness, bringing closer and enabling the gradual implementation of a more adequate governance.

The research aimed to develop a Local Productive Arrangement that contributes to the improvement of productive performance in the Basic Unit of Cooperative Production (UBPC) Captain Lawton in the Isle of Youth. The methodology used is based on 1) Conceptual delineation of Local Innovation Systems, 2) Development of meetings, called "Reflection Workshops" and 3) Design of a Productive Arrangement scheme and its partial implementation with local actors. The research design was quasi-experimental, applied during the period 2016-2017. Methods and techniques were used to capture information and statistical methods: the internal consistency test using the Cronbach alpha coefficient; the nonparametric test of the Signs and the Wilcoxon test. The set of actors that are articulated for the formation of the productive chain in the agricultural sector was identified, based on the definition of the relationship criteria. It was obtained as a result of the implementation of the Local Productive Arrangement scheme, which favored the application of innovations in the case study sector as a consequence of the articulation of the different actors involved in the settlement and improvement of performance in the agricultural sector. From the favorable evolution of the productive indicators. It is concluded that the proposal constitutes a guide for the producers and managers of the territorial government, contributing to the articulation of the programs of organizational change of the main local actors.
