Mass Appraisal of Apartment Through Geographically Weighted Regression

Abstract: Housing Market appraisal studies generally apply classic regression models, whose parameters are globally estimated. However, the use of the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model, allows the parameters to be locally estimated, increasing its precision.
