Effects of the aerobic exercise on the learning of a sports motor skill

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on the learning of a sports motor skill. Methods: Forty individuals were allocated to the Practice + Exercise Group (PEG) and for the Practice Group (PG).
