Abstract:To investigate the expression and variation of MIP-1β, MIP-2, IL-12p40 and IL-12p70 in mice with bloodstream infection caused by four types of bacteria. ICR mouse models of bloodstream infection with Staphylococcus aureus (Sa), Enterococcus faecalis (Ef), Escherichia coli (Ec) and Klebsiella pneumonia (Kp) were established.
