Abstract:In this study, the volatile organic compounds from Spondias tuberosa fruits of 16 accessions with different origins were extracted by solid-phase microextraction in headspace mode (HS-SPME) and analyzed by gas-chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
