Macrophage migration inhibitory factor as an incriminating agent in vitiligo

Abstract: BackgroundVitiligo is an autoimmune skin disorder in which the loss of melanocytes is mainly attributed to defective autoimmune mechanisms and, lately, there has been more emphasis on autoinflammatory mediators.
