Abstract:background: Ultrasound-guided thrombin injection (TI) is an option for the treatment of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm. Nevertheless, the result of this technique in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) may be compromised by the use of antithrombotic drugs.
