Aterectomia rotacional para o tratamento da reestenose intrastent

Abstract: Oprincipal mecanismo de reestenose intrastent é a hiperplasia neointimal 1 . O ultrassom permite reconhecer outros mecanismos relacionados a esse processo, como fratura ou hipoexpansão do stent 2 .
