Identification of Pentatrichomonas hominis in preputial washes of bulls in Brazil

Abstract: The parabasalid Pentatrichomonas hominis is generally considered to represent a symbiotic component of the gastrointestinal microbiota in a wide variety of vertebrate hosts including humans.
