Abstract: Purpose: To report a case of florid cemento-osseous dysplasia (FCOD) and chronic diffuse sclerosing osteomyelitis (CDSO) in a simultaneous presentation, emphasizing the significance of differential diagnosis and appropriate management of these conditions.
