“…Our study provided an opportunity to understand nursing HC from a quantitative hierarchical framework perspective. Having a reliable nursing HC model enables hospital administrators to asses and manage systematically these HC factors together for implementation of successful HC management (Cordeiro et al, ; Evans et al, ).
