Abstract:Introduction: Degenerative cervical myelopathy stands as the primary non-traumatic cause of spinal cord dysfunction in adults. Neurological assessment tools rooted in functionality, such as the Nurick scale and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Score (JOA), are commonly employed.
