Abstract: Introduction: Percutaneous cement discoplasty (PCD) is a minimally invasive surgical technique, which provides segmental stabilization and an indirect decompression effect in cases of severe degenerative disc disease with vacuum phenomenon, useful in patients with comorbidities that contraindicate invasive surgical procedures.
