Basic Principles in the Correction of Severe Scoliotic Deformities Using Pedicle Screw Fixation

Abstract: Objective: To determine the effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with idiopathic scoliosis who have severe spinal deformity, using either all pedicle screw or hybrid constructs.
