Hemorragic disorders can be related to physical elements scuh linings and blood vessels, or plasma elements, such as clotting factors. In this discussion we will adress hemorragic disorders caused by drugs, with an enphasis on warfarin. Shock is definided as the failure of the circulatory sistem to suply oxygen to tissues to meet metabolic demands. There are 4 types of shock, divided according to the pathophysiological mechanisms that cause the disorder: hipovolemic, obstrutive, cardiogenic, distributive. In this study, we will adress more deeply the hipovolemic shock, as well as the management and indications of vasoactive drugs for this situation when necessary.

Os distúrbios hemorrágicos podem estar relacionados a elementos físicos como plaquetas e vasos sanguíneos, ou á elementos plasmáticos, como os fatores de coagulação. Nesta discussão iremos abordar os distúrbios hemorrágicos causados por medicamentos, com destaque para a varfarina. Choque é definido como a falência do sistema circulatório em fornecer oxigênio aos tecidos, para atender as demandas metabólicas. Existem 4 tipos de choque, divididos de acordo com os mecanismos fisiopatológicos causador da desordem: hipovolêmico, obstrutivo, cardiogênico, distributivo. Neste estudo iremos abordar mais profundamente o choque hipovolêmico, bem como o manejo e indicações de drogas vasoativas para esta situação quando necessárias.
