Hemorragic disorders can be related to physical elements scuh linings and blood vessels, or plasma elements, such as clotting factors. In this discussion we will adress hemorragic disorders caused by drugs, with an enphasis on warfarin. Shock is definided as the failure of the circulatory sistem to suply oxygen to tissues to meet metabolic demands. There are 4 types of shock, divided according to the pathophysiological mechanisms that cause the disorder: hipovolemic, obstrutive, cardiogenic, distributive. In this study, we will adress more deeply the hipovolemic shock, as well as the management and indications of vasoactive drugs for this situation when necessary.
