Hiperinsuflação pulmonar após transplante unilateral por enfisema

Abstract: Apesar das medidas de prevenção, a hiperinsuflação pulmonar é uma complicação relativamente comum após transplantes unilaterais por enfisema. Quando progressiva, pode comprimir o pulmão transplantado, gerando desvio mediastinal e insuficiência respiratória.
