Left colectomy with intracoporeal anastomosis: technical aspects

Abstract: Oncologic laparoscopic colectomy represents a fully validated surgical approach to the management of colorectal cancer. However, laparoscopic surgery for distal transverse and descending colon lesions remains a challenging procedure.
