The aim of this study was to understand governance in Muriaé’s (MG) clothing LPA. A qualitative study of descriptive character, supported by case study method, was performed. Additionally, an analytical model for analysis of governance in LPA was proposed based on the following categories: representation, cooperation and coordination. The primary qualitative data were analyzed with support of the NVIVO® software, using the content analysis technique. Governance in the clothing LPA of Muriaé-MG is characterized by expressive representation of the actors, the incipient cooperation and coordination of the companies and the significant operations of most entities that are committed to the development of said LPA. This study expanded the understanding of the theme of governance in LPA due to its detailed consideration of the criteria used for their understanding, regarding the procedures that can be employed to conduct an investigation, which may be adopted in future researches.

The objective of this theoretical essay is to propose the inclusion of the interorganizational learning level (IOL) in the analytical model of learning, legitimizing the proposal to Crossan et al. (1995), Knight (2002) Bapuji and Crossan (2004) and Knight and Pye (2005). The IOL in the learning continuum process was identified by Crossan et al. (1999), but not included in the analytical conceptual framework. This study is done for this reason, besides the intention of enhancing this fourth level of learning. The said proposal contributes to the advancement of knowledge on management and to understand the IOL in interorganizational relationships, also presenting the categories of analysis to studies in this level of theme.

This study aims to characterize the knowledge about how emotionality is approached in the context of knowledge-intensive organizations (KIO) organizational culture using the PRISMA – ScR methodology). A search for studies published between 2017 and 2021 was carried out in the ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Scielo databases after evaluations of 6 articles were identified. The results revealed a tendency towards horizontalizing structures and how organizational culture guides the sense of reality. It was concluded that the relationship between KIO organizational culture and emotionality is still little explored. However, we observed in the articles the importance of leadership in conducting KIOs and how the leader can influence the construction of organizational culture.
