Abstract: Implant Innovations Inc.), sized 3.75x11.5mm were placed in the canine and premolar regions simultaneously with sinus lifting and autogenous bone grafting, harvested from the mandibular symphysis. Following a healing period of 6 months, the site was reopened in order to expose the implants to the oral cavity and initiate the restorative phase of treatment.
