Bilateral retroperitoneoscopic lumbar sympathectomy by unilateral access

Abstract: Purpose: Hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by hyperactivity of the eccrine glands, causing an uncontrollable and excessive sweating, especially on the hands, plantar foot and groin, which can be confused with urinary incontinence.
