Use of renal ultrasound to detect hydronephrosis after ureteroscopy

Abstract: Introduction: Ureteral obstruction is a potentially serious complication after ureteroscopy. Postoperative imaging with intravenous urogram and CT has been described as a means to detect asymptomatic or "silent" obstruction.
