Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of combined ureteroscopic holmium YAG lithotripsy for renal calculi associated with ipsilateral ureteral stones. Materials and Methods: Between August 2002 and March 2007, retrograde flexible ureteroscopic stone treatment was attempted in 351 cases.
