Pathological extension of prostate cancer as defined by gleason score on biopsy

Abstract: In patients who will undergo radical prostatectomy due to prostate adenocarcinoma, a Gleason score of 7 on biopsy shows the same behavior as a Gleason score of 8 to 10 in relation to extension of disease.
