Abstract: Purpose: Access for percutaneous nephrostolithotomy (PNL) using conventional fluoroscopic guidance may carry an increased risk of damage to surrounding organs in patients with renal calculi and aberrant anatomy. In these situations cross-sectional anatomical imaging may facilitate safe percutaneous access.
