Efficacy of Pelvisoft® Biomesh for cystocele repair: assessment of long-term results

Abstract: Our results show that the use of Pelvisoft® biomaterial associated with anterior colporrhaphy for cystocele repair appears to be safe with acceptable failure and complication rates at long term. Nevertheless, an adverse impact on sexual function was reported by the majority of patients.
