Pediatric fibromatosis involving mandible: case reportand a five-year post-operative follow-up

Abstract: Extra-abdominal fibromatosis is a benign fibrous neoplasm of locally aggressive behavior. Surgical excision with a wide margin is the treatment of choice. The aim of the present work is to report the case of fibromatosis in an 11-year-old melanodermic patient, who showed swelling in the area of the right mandible.
