Two new species of Pedinotus Szépligeti 1902 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Doryctinae) from the Savannah in São Paulo state, Brazil

Abstract: Two new species of Pedinotus genus are described from the Brazilian savannah area, providing a new key to identify the species.

Pedinotus is the largest genus with 11 described species (Castro et al , ), whereas the remaining ones are known from seven or fewer species while Hybodoryctes is monotypic. Most of these genera, except for Lamquetia , were described more than a century ago, and their descriptions and diagnoses are not very detailed.…”
