Recobrimentos poliméricos hidrofóbicos sobre isoladores elétricos de porcelana

Abstract: RESUMORecobrimentos poliméricos de acrílico, poliéster, poliuretano e silicone foram aplicados sobre substratos porcelânicos, usados como isoladores elétricos. Os recobrimentos foram aplicados em forma de resina líquida por meio de uma pistola ou por deposição na forma de pó. Medidas de ângulo de contato entre as superfícies e uma gota de água foram efetuadas por meio de um goniômetro para caracterizar o comportamento hidrofóbico dos recobrimentos.
