Análise por difração de raio-x de uma hidroxiapatita carbonatada usando o método de Rietveld

Abstract: A estrutura cristalina da hidroxiapatita (HAP) é conhecida por permitir substituições aniônicas e catiônicas. Dentre essas substituições, a inserção do íon CO32- se destaca por sua importância. Nesse trabalho uma amostra sintética de hidroxiapatita carbonatada nanoestruturada (CHA) foi submetida a um tratamento térmico a 500 ºC por seis horas.
