And a study that analyses the social adjustment, personality and negative emotions of partners of pathological gamblers does suggest that (Mazzoleni et al 2009). The results of this study show that the wives of pathological gamblers (n = 25) exhibit considerable marital dissatisfaction compared with control participants, although they do not show signs of personality disorders or negative affectivity.…”
