Avaliação da utilização do "cio do potro" na coleta de embriões

Abstract: RESUMO -Foram comparadas coletas de embriões de éguas paridas no "cio do potro" (n=19) com coletas de éguas solteiras (n=18). Não foram observadas diferenças entre os grupos nas taxas de recuperação de embriões (57,9 e 50,0%); no dia da coleta (idade do embrião), 7,84 e 7,66; na duração da coleta (8,63 e 9,00 minutos); na recuperação do meio de lavagem (1921 e 1934 mL); no tamanho do embrião com sete dias (0,42 e 0,44 mm); no tamanho do embrião com oito dias (1,11 e 1,66 mm); na condição do embrião (3,81 e 3,5… Show more
