Determination of the oxygen and nitrogen interstitial diffusion coeficient in niobium by mechanical spectroscopy

Abstract: Mechanical spectroscopy measurements have been extensively used in the last decades to obtain information about many aspects of the behavior of solutes in metallic materials.
