Abstract: Point mutations at codon 12 of the HRAS (v-Ha-ras Harvey rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog) oncogene are one of the best defined and widely studied molecular genetic events in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the urinary bladder.
