Abstract: Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisa realizada em serviço público carioca, pioneiro no atendimento a crianças e adolescentes autistas e psicóticos, o NAICAP (Núcleo de Atenção Intensiva à Criança Autista e Psicótica) do Instituto Philippe Pinel.
