Implante de valva mitral mecânica: reflexões para cuidar e os cuidados de clientes após a alta hospitalar

Abstract: O artigo enfoca o conhecimento dos clientes submetidos ao implante de valva mitral acerca do próprio cuidar e dos cuidados que devem desenvolver após a alta hospitalar e de sua participação na construção de uma Agenda de Cuidados Diários como instrumento educativo impresso, baseado na prática individual cotidiana e nas instruções recebidas da equipe de saúde durante a hospitalização.
