O sofrimento e seus destinos na gestão do trabalho

Abstract: No presente estudo, buscamos definir o sofrimento a partir da perspectiva freudiana e circunscrever os seus destinos, quando manifestado no trabalho. Foram realizadas entrevistas abertas com trabalhadores, gestores e profissionais da saúde de uma empresa pública de grande porte, do setor de serviços, em processo de reestruturação, na Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, bem como com familiares dos trabalhadores.
