Abstract: 11zis is a preliminary study unàertaken to investigale lhe composition and distribution of amphipods with reference to depth, salinity and sediment at Enseada da Fortaleza (Area 1) and parts of Rio Claro and Rio Escuro (Area 2), Ubatuba, São Paulo Stale.
