Infrared-spectroscopy analysis of zinc phosphate and nickel and manganese modified zinc phosphate coatings on electrogalvanized steel

Show more

“…Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis of SLM-Zn surface (Figure S4a, Supporting Information) also proved the existence of ZnF 2 (2933, 1662, and 1456 cm −1 ) and Zn 3 (PO 4 ) 2 (1112, 950, and 579 cm −1 ). [31,32] From Raman analysis (Figure S4b, Supporting Information), strong characteristic peaks assigned to ZnF 2 at 68, 360, and 520 cm −1 can be clearly detected, [33] and these obvious peaks at 571, 888, 1099, and 1147 cm −1 were related to the formation of Zn 3 (PO 4 ) 2 . [22,34] It is noted that the desirable polygonal structure of SLM parallel to the substrate has been successfully constructed with a thickness of ≈738 nm, as intuitively indicated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images (Figure 1d-f).…”
