Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare idiopathic skin disease. It affects mainly adults, and only 4% of the cases are diagnosed on children and adolescents. There are four clinical forms of pyoderma gangrenosum: ulcerative, pustular, bullous, and vegetative (superficial granulomatous pyoderma).
