Caso para diagnóstico

Abstract: HISTÓRIA DA DOENÇAPaciente do sexo masculino, 18 anos, natural do Rio de Janeiro. Relatou que há quatro anos surgiram pequenas manchas eritematosas em tronco, membros superiores e inferiores. As lesões eram pruriginosas, sobretudo após exposição solar e exercícios físicos.Ao exame dermatológico observavam-se pequenas máculas eritemato-acastanhadas e telangiectásicas, de bordas irregulares, em tórax e membros.
